Welcome to Move Mage. By using our website or renting our reusable moving boxes, dollies, labels, or related equipment, you agree to these Terms of Use.

1. Services

Move Mage provides rental moving equipment and related delivery and pickup services. All orders are subject to availability, service area, scheduling, and acceptance by us. We may refuse, cancel, or reschedule orders where reasonably necessary.

2. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise and may be subject to applicable taxes and fees. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge the amounts due for your rental, including approved extensions, late returns, damaged or missing items, and other applicable charges.

3. Rental Equipment

All equipment remains the property of Move Mage at all times. You agree to use it properly, keep it secure, and return it in good condition, normal wear and tear excepted.

You are responsible for any loss, theft, damage, excessive dirtiness, or failure to return equipment during the rental period.

4. Delivery and Pickup

We aim to meet scheduled delivery and pickup windows, but exact times are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, access restrictions, or other factors outside our control.

You are responsible for ensuring the delivery and pickup location is safe and accessible. Additional charges may apply if equipment is not available for pickup as scheduled.

5. Cancellations and Changes

Orders may be changed or cancelled subject to our cancellation and scheduling policies in effect at the time of booking. Fees may apply for late cancellations, missed deliveries, failed pickups, or last-minute changes.

6. Website Use

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse the site, interfere with its operation, or copy or reuse website content, branding, or materials without our written permission.

7. Liability

We provide our website and services on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. Move Mage is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of our website, services, or rental equipment.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability relating to any order or service will not exceed the amount you paid for that order.
